Rates include local fees/government taxes. A cleaning fee of $65.00
per week is also required.
Deposit: A 50% deposit is required to confirm reservation
Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival date.
Cancellation Policy: 60 days or more - 50% deposit non-refundable
-Less than 60 days prior to arrival - NO REFUND
Deposits will be applied to vacation rental total
Payments are arranged directly
with owner. U.S. money orders, U.S. personal checks, U.S. cashier's checks or wire transfers are accepted.
Upon arrival, please "check-in" with the Sanctuary Condominiums office. If you chose to you may provide the Sanctuary Resort Reception office with a credit card imprint to sign for "incidentals", restaurant charges, tours (booked through the Resort Reception desk) etc. during your stay. Following your check-out with the Condominium office, you may close your bill with The Sanctuary Resort Reception Desk.
